Bligh is passionate about nutrition education and community health, championing for the nutritional needs of children and families to support optimal health. She believes that educating and empowering people with the knowledge and tools needed to make healthy eating easier is essential to building a strong foundation for lifelong healthy eating habits, which is why she is so passionate about translating complex nutrition information into information that is simple, relatable and understandable. Coined the "common sense" dietitian, Bligh makes healthy eating easier with reality-based solutions.
