Leer en Español
Summer meals programs contribute to children’s healthy growth and development by providing them with nutritious meals and snacks over the summer months, a time when children can be more at risk for hunger and weight gain.
Dairy Council of California remains committed to supporting food access for families. Across California, Nutrition Services programs are working tirelessly to provide nourishing meals to students. Millions of students rely on school meals for nourishment, and while schools are closed, many children and their families living in California communities will need support and access to nutritious food.
Below is a compilation of sites offering free meal services to children, ages 2-18, living in communities throughout California. Broken down by counties and school districts. As new information becomes available, the listings will be updated.
