Elizabeth Miller is the Mobile Dairy Classroom Instructor in Southern California.
She recently worked as Upland Unified Farm to School program assistant where she helped develop curriculum and deliver lessons to K-12 students. Elizabeth shares a passion for dairy education. This experience was achieved while working at the Los Angeles county fair’s milking parlor for several years. During the 2022 fair, she was the milking parlor’s supervisor.
Elizabeth is actively involved in equitation and enjoys showing horses competitively.
For over 25 years, Rhoads has served as Dairy Council of California’s office coordinator and database technician.
