Third grade is a good year to teach students problem-solving, reasoning and critical thinking skills for making healthy food choices. 

Shaping Up My Choices, updated in 2019, aligns to education standards, uses a proven behavior-change model and incorporates technology to help students develop healthy eating habits, which is linked to success in the classroom and beyond!
