Michael Blote is Dairy Council of CA’s Operations Officer. A strong believer in creating lean but efficient organizations, he places emphasis on modifying and creating effective processes that produce timely and accurate operational and financial information. His expertise includes general accounting, budgeting, financial forecasting and management, tax planning and reporting, cost accounting and business process improvement.

Prior to joining the organization, Michael worked in various industries, both publicly traded and privately held, including technology, food processing, food packaging, co-packing, logistics and reverse logistics. Michael joined Dairy Council of California to be part of a cause committed to improving lives.

Michael earned an M.A. in management from Golden Gate University and a B.S. in accounting from Sonoma State University.
