Easy to make and really really tasty and filling. Well done! Kids also loved it.
Ingredients:
1 16-ounce package frozen Broccoli
1 18-ounce package thawed white Fish
1 can Cream of Broccoli soup
1/3 cup Milk
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons dry Bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Butter melted
1/8 teaspoon Paprika
Preparation:
In 2 quart shallow baking dish arrange broccoli. Top with fish.
In small bowl mix soup and milk and pour over fish.
Sprinkle cheese over soup mix. Mix bread crumbs, butter and paprika and sprinkle over cheese.
Bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
