Fast and easy no fuss lunch. Kids love it!!


4 flour Tortillas
1/2 cup shredded Cheese (any preference)
1/2 pound deli sliced Turkey
Lettuce or any preferred leaf


Heat tortilla sprinkled with shredded cheese in skillet or other flat pan on medium until all cheese is melted.

Remove from pan, and layer on turkey and lettuce. Add 1 teaspoon (less or more if desired) salsa down center.

Wrap and serve!

Cook's Notes:

We have six kids, so instead of a pan on the stove, we use cookie sheets in the oven at 325°.
