Here's a healthy holiday snack combining multiple food groups. Perfect for the Boy Who Lived and all his pals.


4 Bananas
15 ounces Pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
3 cups low-fat Milk
1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice mix or cinnamon


Peel and chop bananas, add to blender. Spoon in pumpkin, pour in milk and add spice.

Blend 30-40 seconds until smooth.

Pour over ice into 8 glasses and serve, or freeze for 15 minutes to thicken.
