Ingredients:

8 cups fresh baby Spinach leaves, torn
4 cups Milk, fat-free, 2 percent or whole
4 cups frozen unsweetened Mango chunks
8 teaspoons ground Flax seeds

Preparation:

In a blender container, combine spinach, milk, mango and flax seeds.

Cover and blend until smooth.

Pour into four 18-20 ounce glasses. Serve immediately.
