This is my go-to green salad.

Ingredients:

4 cups green Salad mix
1/2 cup Sunflower seeds (salted)
6 ounces grape Tomatoes (24 tomatoes), halved.
6 ounces shredded Carrots
1 Apple, sliced
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
Dash herbed Seasoning mix

Preparation:

1. Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl.

2. In a smaller bowl, combine oil and vinegar, then add a pinch of a prepared herbed seasoning mix (like 21 Seasoning Salute or Mrs. Dash).

3. Whisk together then drizzle over greens and fruit, toss to combine and serve.
