Healthy Eating for Your Young Child was recently revised and is now Healthy Eating for Your Family. The Spanish Print Booklet is currently Out of Stock but English booklets are available while supplies last. There is still access to digital versions of this resource in English and Spanish. This program will not be reprinted so please order Healthy Eating for Your Family for your future needs.

The family of nutrition resources align to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, incorporates a behavior change model and reinforces making small steps to a healthier lifestyle. All booklets have been approved by the California Department of Health Care Services as meeting readability and suitability requirements for Medi-Cal managed care plans and are available in English and Spanish.

These booklets can be used one-on-one, as a handout or in a group setting.
