Susan Baker brings her passion for customer service into her role as office coordinator at Dairy Council of California. An integral member of the team, Susan has served as one of the organization’s lead customer service
representatives for more than 13 years, supporting partners, customers and the public by answering questions and providing them with nutrition education resources. She also supports the office and staff as needs arise, willingly stepping in with resources,
knowledge and time to help expand staff capacity and create solutions for the organization.
An avid baker and cook, Susan is thrilled to be able to combine her work with her passion for food. Having raised her children and now seeing
her grandchildren grow, she believes that consuming wholesome, nutritious foods helps enrich the quality of one’s life, and that broadening one’s nutrition knowledge empowers better and healthier eating decisions.
