Andrea Kruger is Director of Operations and Administration and an integral part of the Dairy Council of California family. For more than two decades, Andrea has helped guide and manage the organization’s operational and internal
processes, overseeing human resources, budget development, strategic planning and office operations. Her positive outlook coupled with her love for finding efficient, economical solutions for day-to-day problems makes her the ideal supervisor to the
administrative team.
Andrea has agriculture in her blood. She has many fond childhood memories from time spent on a local dairy farm and a summer internship working at London’s Farm Dairy, one of Michigan’s largest processors of milk and ice cream. She is honored to work on behalf of California’s dairy farm families and milk processors to support community health, as the organization provides professional trainings, nutrition expertise and resources to elevate the health of children and families through the pursuit of lifelong healthy eating habits.
Andrea earned a B.A. in labor relations from Michigan State University, the first agriculture college in the country.

For over 25 years, Rhoads has served as Dairy Council of California’s office coordinator and database technician.
