This recipe is a quick and easy use of fresh vegetables.


1 cup chopped Broccoli
1 cup chopped Carrots
1 cup chopped red bell Pepper
1 cup chopped Zucchini
1 cup chopped Tomatoes
1 cup fat-free red wine Vinaigrette


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
