Asian Salmon (baked)

Ingredients:

6 salmon filets
5 TBsp soy sauce (reduced sodium)
5 TBsp red wine (or sherry)
3 Teaspoons ginger
minced garlic (tons)

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in a large ziplock baggie. Let marinade at least 1 hour. Place in 9 by 13 baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees until fish flaky and completely cooked.
