Great Crock Pot recipe

Ingredients:

2 pounds stew Meat
6 Carrots, cut up
8 Celery stalks, cut up
2 Onions, chopped
2 medium Potatoes , chopped
1/2 cup red Wine
1 tablespoon Salt
3 tablespoons minute Tapioca
1 can cut up Tomatoes
1 slice of Bread

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in a slow cooker or a round roasting pan. Cover and cook 5 hours at 275 degrees. Can be topped with Bisquick dumplings
