Great side dish served warm with grilled meats.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup reduced-fat crunchy Peanut butter
1 cup reduced-sodium Chicken broth
3 tablespoons reduced-sodium Soy sauce
2 big tablespoons Chili Garlic sauce
1/2 pound wide Rice noodles or linguine
Optional- chopped Peanuts and Cilantro for garnish

Preparation:

Cook noodles according to package directions.
Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, broth and chili garlic sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until smooth and mix with pasta when ready.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts & cilantro and serve.
