It will be ready in the morning so you substitute their cold cereal with ease.


Cooking spray
2 cups low-fat Milk
1/4 cup brown Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 cup rolled Oats, regular
1 cup chopped Apple (substitute pears, peaches or whatever fruit is in season)
1/2 cup Raisins (substitute cranberries, nuts, dried coconut, etc)


Use cooking spray to coat the inside of the slow cooker. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low overnight. Yield: 4 servings
