A very quick and easy dish that kids love.

Ingredients:

1/4-1/2 pound extra-lean ground Beef
1 can Pinto beans or Chili beans
1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
2 cups Lettuce
1/2 cup Corn chips

Preparation:

Brown beef.
Add beans to beef and cook until warm.
Serve on top of crushed cornchips and lettuce and top with shredded cheese.
