Ingredients:

3 cups of Apples (3-4 apples)
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/3 cup Raisins
2/3 cup chopped Celery
1/4 cup Walnuts
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Sugar

Preparation:

Cut the core from the apples, chop into bite sized pieces. Sprinkle lemon juice over apples. Chop up celery. Mix every thing together in a medium sized bowl with mayonnaise and sugar. Serve chilled.
