A fruit- and dairy-rich smoothie that is a great snack.

Ingredients:

2 cups sliced Strawberries (about a one-pint basket)
1 ripe Banana, peeled
1 cup chopped, pitted and peeled Mango (1 large)
1 cup strawberry-flavored fat-free Yogurt
8 Ice cubes
1 cup reduced-fat Milk
Whole Strawberries for garnish

Preparation:

Combine ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into large glasses and garnish with whole strawberries.
