Ingredients:

8 large Eggs
Dash Sesame oil
4 cloves Garlic
1 can chopped Tomato
Dash Salt
Dash white Pepper

Preparation:

Slowly scramble eggs with oil, salt and pepper over medium-high heat. Remove eggs from pan, add tomatoes to pan and cook until most of the liquid evaporates. Then add back the eggs to the tomatoes and cook until combined, about two minutes.
