Ingredients:

4 Tilapia fillets
1/2 cup Flour, for dusting
1/2 tablespoon Garlic powder
2 Eggs
3/4 cup Almonds, coarsely chopped
3 tablespoons Butter
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation:

Combine the flour and garlic powder and season with salt and pepper.

Lightly dust the fillets with the flour mixture. Beat the eggs with a little salt and pepper and place in a shallow dish.

Melt the butter in a large non stick skillet and dip the tilapia in eggs and then almonds to coat both sides.

Add to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fish is completely cooked through.

Serve immediately.
