Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups low fat milk, scalded (set aside)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoon flour
1 prepared single deep-dish pie shell (pre-cooked frozen or homemade)
2 bananas
2 cups whipped cream

Preparation:

Blend together then add in milk. Cook until thick. Add in 2 egg yolks and cook for 2 more minutes. Add in 1 tablespoon firm butter and 3/4 teaspoon vanilla. Slice 2 whole bananas into the pie shell, covering the bottom. Pour in custard mixture and top with whip cream.
