Making your own granola at home is simple and fun, plus you can customize your mix with your family's favorite ingredients.


8 cups rolled Oats
1 1/2 cups Wheat germ
1 1/2 cups Cashews or Almonds
1 package shredded Coconut
1 1/2 cups brown Sugar
3/4 cup Honey
1/2 cup Oil
2 teaspoons Vanilla


Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Bring liquids to a boil then pour over dry ingredients. Spread evenly on 2 large baking pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Makes 1 gallon.
