This would be a great addition to your holiday menu. It taste like candy, but packed with vitamins!

Ingredients:

4 Butternut or Acorn squash
1 large Apple, chopped
1/3 cup Walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Raisins
2 tablespoons Butter

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Wash squash. Cut tops off and scape out seeds and strings. Place cut side down on baking sheet and bake until squash is tender. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and heat gently until well blended. When squash is done, remove from oven and fill cavities with filling. Return to oven to heat through.
