A lower fat version of this favorite.

Ingredients:

1 package (7 ounces) Macaroni, cooked according to package directions and drained
1 pound low-fat California Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can (12 ounces) lowfat evaporated Milk

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl mix macaroni and cheese until well blended. Spoon into baking dish. Evenly pour evaporated milk over ingredients in baking dish.
Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until top is crispy, brown and bubbling. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve.
