Freeze and then use those extra bananas for this awesome shake.

Ingredients:

4 large, ripe Bananas, frozen
3 cups fat-free Milk

Optional ingredients:
Ground Cinnamon
Chocolate syrup or cocoa powder
Fresh or frozen Strawberries

Preparation:

Peel frozen banana and whirl in blender with milk until blended. Add optional ingredients as desired.
