Delicious dinner rolls

Ingredients:

6 1/2 cups Flour, all purpose or whole wheat
2 cup warm Eater
2 packages Yeast
1 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1/3 cup Vegetable oil

Preparation:

Place water, yeast and sugar in bowl. Add salt and 2 cups flour. Beat 2 minutes. Add eggs and oil; beat 1 minute. Gradually add 4 1/2 cup flour, stirring until a dough is formed. Allow dough to rest in covered bowl for 20 minutes for ease of handling. Shape into rolls, let rise in warm place for 40 minutes. Bake 15-18 minutes at 375 degrees.
