½ cup White Onion – Finely Diced
4 Serrano Chile (finely diced)
½ cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1/16 teaspoon Salt (a pinch)
2 teaspoon Lime Juice
1 tsp Finely Chopped/Diced Fresh Garlic


1. In a medium bowl, stir together tomatoes, onion, chili peppers, cilantro, salt, and lime juice. Chill for one hour in the refrigerator before serving.
