Easy to make and specialize to your taste and calorie restrictions.

Ingredients:

1 cup low-fat plain Yogurt
2 tablespoons roasted, chopped Almonds
1/4 cup chopped Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup mandarin Orange slices, drained
1/2 medium Banana

Preparation:

Place yogurt in a cup or bowl. Chop all fruits and place on top of yogurt. Add almonds. Mix ingredients together.

This can also be blended for a drinkable yogurt.
