This kugel is easy to make and sure to please!

Ingredients:

16 ounces medium or wide Egg noodles
8 ounces reduced-fat Sour cream
8 ounces low-fat Cottage Cheese
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 cube (1/2 cup) Butter, melted
1/4 cup Raisins or to taste
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
3/4 cup Sugar

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 12 pan with non-stick spray. Mix all ingredients together & put in pan. Bake 1 hour uncovered till light brown.
