Super quick and low-carb entree. Great on the grill!


4 thick cut Pork chops (butterflied)
2/3 cup Peanut butter (no sugar added type)
2/2 cup Sesame salad dressing
2 Scallions, sliced thin
4 tablespoons fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 hot red Pepper, chopped


1. If time is available, marinate pork chops and vegetables in dressing for 2 hrs in the refrigerator. Remove pork chops from marinade and set aside.
2. Mix all ingredients together in small bowl.
3. Brush on top of pork chops.
4. Grill. Baste twice during grilling with remaining sauce.
5. Allow chops to rest for 5 min. before serving.
