Ingredients:

2 cups Barley, cooked
1 Apple, diced
Cinnamon, to taste

Preparation:

Divide barley between 4 bowls, top with diced apple and sprinkle with cinnamon.

variations:
Drizzle with honey and add milk.
Re-heat barley in the microwave
Add toasted nuts or dried fruit
