This is a tasty low fat version of McDonald's shamrock shake.

Ingredients:

4 cups low-fat vanilla Ice Cream
2 1/2 cups fat-free Milk
1/2 teaspoon Mint extract
16 drops green food Coloring

Preparation:

Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium for 45 seconds or until combined. Pour into four glasses and enjoy.
