This is a low-carbohydrate, low-calorie, and low-fat recipe; just add rice for some fiber.


4-6 boneless/skinless Chicken breasts
1 pack frozen Broccoli florets
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dehydrated Onions
4 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon olive Oil


Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces, place in medium hot pan to saute with olive oil; add salt, pepper, onions and garlic powder. Saute until chicken is well done.

While chicken is cooking, boil or steam broccoli in separate pan til tender. When both are cooked fully, add teriyaki sauce to chicken pan and mix well, add broccoli and turn in sauce to coat.

Serve alone or over Rice.
