This dish is so easy to make + it's a crowd pleaser. Using frozen or fresh store-bought ravioli makes this dish easy and tasty. Kids can help squeeze dry the spinach and layer the ravioli, then watch them come back from seconds or thirds! If you don't want to turn on your oven, try microwaving this dish (without the tin foil.)


1 24 to 26-ounce jar pasta Sauce
2 16 to 18-ounce bag frozen large cheese Ravioli, thawed
1 10-ounce box frozen chopped Spinach, thawed, squeezed to remove excess water
1 8-ounce bag shredded Mozzarella
1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spoon 1/3 of pasta sauce into a 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Place half of ravioli on top of sauce in single layer. Sprinkle with spinach and half of mozzarella. Layer on remaining ravioli (you may not need all of them). Top with remaining sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake until bubbling, 5 to 10 minutes more.
