Super easy, super healthy, and a super yummy way to help you get your 5-9 a day!

Ingredients:

4 cups plain, fat-free Yogurt
2 teaspoons Dill weed
2 teaspoons minced Onion

Preparation:

Mix up the ingredients into a washed 6 oz yogurt cup with a lid. (All amounts are approximate, season to your taste). Place the lid on the cup and put your favorite veggies in a sandwich bag for a great portable snack. My favorites are baby carrots, sliced bell peppers, or broccoli. Even if you eat the whole cup of dip, its only 85 calories, so dip away!!
