Classic preparation for a very simple side dish.

Ingredients:

2 cups Broccoli florets
4 cups Water

Preparation:

Place water in steamer and bring to a boil. Add broccoli pieces and reduce heat to low. Steam until broccoli is tender but firm, about 10 minutes. Be sure not to overcook.
