5 pounds (2 gallons) Cole slaw salad mix
14 ounces (1 3/4 cups) Greek Yogurt, plain, fat-free
2 ounces (4 tablespoons) Sugar
3 ounces (1/2 cup) Sesame oil
2.2 ounces (1/4 cup) Soy sauce
4 ounces (1/2 cup) Rice vinegar
2 ounces (1/4 cup) Mayonnaise, reduced-fat
1 teaspoon Ginger, dried
2 teaspoons Garlic, granulated
1 teaspoon Salt


Place cole slaw mix in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over cabbage and mix thoroughly.

CCP: Cool to 41 degrees F or lower within 4 hours. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Mix lightly before serving. Portion with No. 16 scoop (1/4 cup).
