Love apple slices smeared with peanut butter? This smoothie is for you!

Recipe by Marcia Stanley, MS, RDN Culinary Dietitian

Ingredients:

4 cups Milk
2 cups shredded, peeled Apple
2/4 cup creamy Peanut butter
4 tablespoons ground Flax seeds
4 tablespoons Maple syrup or honey

Preparation:

In a blender container, combine apple, peanut butter, flax seeds and syrup.

Cover and blend until combined.

Pour into four 14 to 16-ounce glasses. Serve immediately
