Fun fruit and jello summer dessert with a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients:

40 low-fat Graham crackers crumbled
1 cup fat-free plain Yogurt
16 ounces fat-free cream Cheese
1/3 cup Sugar
1.5 cup frozen Strawberries
3.5 cup fat-free Whipped topping
1 large sugar-free strawberry Gelatin
1 small sugar-free strawberry Gelatin

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Mix graham crumbs and yogurt together and spread over bottom of pan. Bake 15-20 minutes until crisp.

Prepare gelatin per directions. Add strawberries and refrigerate until it starts to set. Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 cup whipped topping. Start layering on top of crust.

Once gelatin starts to set, layer it over cream cheese mixture. Return to refrigerator to cool until firm. Top with remaining whipped topping.
