This 8-page resource provides support for parents feeding infants and young toddlers between 6 months and age 2 including a timetable on when and what babies can drink and information on starting solid foods to lay a foundation for lifelong healthy eating.

This toolkit, including sample social media posts, was developed by Dairy Council of California with assistance from UC Irvine School of Medicine Program in Medical Education Leadership Education to Advance Diversity - African, Black and Caribbean (PRIME LEAD-ABC) medical students and Boston Organization of Nutritionists and Dietitians of Color. Funding was provided by the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) under the Reducing Disparities in Breastfeeding through Continuity of Care project, which is funded by the Centers for Disease Control through award number: 5 NU38OT000306-03-00.
