This seven-lesson nutrition program aligns with California Education Standards and can easily integrate into your units on Science, Social Studies, Health, Language Arts, Math and Physical Education. The lessons were created using a behavior-change model that encourages healthy eating behaviors and attitudes in your students. Students will analyze their own food and activity records to make goals for improvement.

Nutrition Pathfinders teaches fifth grade students about:
