All the flavors of Hawaiian pizza in a tasty biscuit cup.
1 cup diced Canadian Bacon1 cup prepared Pizza sauce1/2 cup canned crushed Pineapple, well drained1 cup shredded low-fat Mozzarella1 can (5-count) refrigerated flaky Biscuits1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 10 muffin cups with cooking spray.In medium bowl, combine Canadian bacon, pizza sauce, pineapple and mozzarella. Separate biscuits into 5 biscuits. Split each biscuit in half to make 10 rounds. Pat each into a 4-inch circle. Press each round into prepared muffin cup. Spoon filling evenly among biscuit-lined cups. Sprinkle tops with Parmesan.Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
