Crunchy strips of fish, tangy tartar sauce, crisp lettuce, slivers of sweet onion, ripe tomato and creamy mozzarella cheese complete this nearly full-meal wrap!
1 tablespoon vegetable Oil12 ounces frozen crunchy Fish filet strips or fish sticks, thawed1/3 cup prepared Tartar sauce4 (8-to 10-inch) flour Tortillas2 cups shredded Lettuce1 medium Tomato, thinly sliced1/2 small sweet Onion, thinly sliced1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Cook fish until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.Spread tartar sauce over one side of each tortilla. Layer lettuce, tomato, onion and fish strips down center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll and fold the filled tortilla. Cut in half on the diagonal to serve.
