A great way to get kids to eat their spinach, very tasty!
1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped Spinach1/2 stick Butter or margarine1 cup Flour1 cup low-fat Milk3 Eggs, beaten1 teaspoon Salt1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1. Drain defrosted spinach well.2. Melt butter in baking dish. 3. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, spinach and cheese. 4. Smooth into baking dish. 5. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.6. Cut into squares and serve warm.
