A great way to get kids to eat their spinach, very tasty!

Ingredients:

1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped Spinach
1/2 stick Butter or margarine
1 cup Flour
1 cup low-fat Milk
3 Eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Preparation:

1. Drain defrosted spinach well.
2. Melt butter in baking dish.
3. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, spinach and cheese.
4. Smooth into baking dish.
5. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
6. Cut into squares and serve warm.
