1. Toss arugula with olive oil, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. 2. Gently toss arugula with watermelon cubes and crumbled feta. 3. Cut pitas in half and stuff with one-third cup hummus.4. Serve pitas with watermelon-arugula salad.
