3 cups (canned in own juice) chopped Pineapple
6 cups Cabbage finely chopped
3 medium Carrots shredded
6 tablespoons Raisins
8 tablespoons natural, plain, low-fat Yogurt
3 tablespoon Lemon juice
3 tablespoons reduced-fat Mayonnaise


1. In a salad bowl, mix pineapple, cabbage, carrot and raisins.
2. In a sauce bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
3. Pour dressing into salad bowl mix and mix together.
4. Keep refrigerated until served.
