Grilled Mahi Mahi with Berry Salsa

Ingredients:

10 ounces Mahi Mahi fillets (thawed)
1/2 pint fresh Strawberries, chopped
1/2 pint fresh Raspberries
1/2 pint fresh Blueberries
2 teaspoons fresh Shallots, chopped
3 tablespoons white wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
Splash of Olive oil
Dash salt and pepper

Preparation:

Place a dash of salt and pepper on Mahi Mahi fillets and grill over medium-high heat for 5-8 minutes per side or until firm tender or bake in oven at 375 degrees on broiler pan for 18-20min or until firm tender.

Combine the remaining ingredients and serve over grilled Mahi.
